The aim of this workshop is to provide you with practical skills that can help you to get a basic grasp of the Action Mapping Process and use it to create impactful learning.
This workshop will help you to:
- Review the key principles of Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping approach
- Apply the Action Mapping process to a real training requirement and develop a basic Action Map

- Identifying the critical behaviors
- Exploring if training is actually the solution
- Designing realistic practice activities
- Providing only the information people need
